Yay, it's been a week since I started this thing!! I guess it's been going okay, but things have started to fall apart. I can predict the future. Hmmm, today I had work at The Royal Randwick at Randwick Racecourse. This is one of my favourite places to work. It's bludgey and you get free food .. and you talk to hot chicks and hot cougars because their boyfriends and husbands can't please them enough. ANYWAYS. I'm a bartender for the AJC; Australian Jockey Club. They own the joint. I serve drinks, beer and champagne in the Members Area. It's quite fun actually. Yes, I did work on Melbourne Cup. It was craaaaaazzy. Wasn't as bludgey. Anyways, on my way to work (drive) I noticed the traffic was really fucking heavy. And then as I got closer to the workplace, I noticed Stereosonic was on. OMGAT, HEAVY TRAFFIC x10. To those, who went, hope you had fun. I heard it was really good. But yeah, here's a photo of the bar that I was working in. I work in the outside bar of the members... Pioneer VSX-819H-K 5-Channel A/V Receiver (Black) Took a couple of hours of wiring this thing up to finally get it into an acceptable configuration for my home theatre. I don't have much, just a U-Verse DVR, Blu-Ray, and a Wii. Unfortunately, the Pioneer was very unclear, and in some senses, quite annoying, about its video capabilities. While it does have 3 HDMI in and one out, that output signal can *only* be used for HDMI. Anything else attached to the receiver will require a separate output to the TV. So in our case, the Wii could connect to the receiver, but we would need a separate component YUV cable to connect up to the TV, and have to switch inputs on TV. How annoying is that? We ended up connecting the Wii directly to the TV, which has component video inputs, but it makes using this setup more complicated. Also, the iPod on-screen display does not work through HDMI, and *cannot work if HDMI is plugged in, even through composite video*, ironically enough this... (more)

okays...so my flower dresses make me look fat. notsoflowerpower.. whatever weight i lost over the two weeks, i've just put it back on by emotional eating. yups, a packet of double choc-chip cookies, wafers, & florentines ought to do the trick. add sugary mango juice+cocoa to the mix and obesity, here we come! blahhhhh... i'm still a lil bit slimmer than i was a couple wks ago but my tubby is back to flabby & outy..gonna take more than a few months before i'm flatty & abby again. though, the ab definition is there now...i just got to get rid of those awful rolls...eww.. working two jobs was less exhausting when i was a student. of course, i forgot to factor in the fact that student life is not 5 days a wk & an 8 hr day...despite the 24 hours i would spend in the labs. oh, i wouldn't be so down if i was actually doing well...but i kinda suck at my job. i'm not used to poor performance. i rather like to excel at pretty much everything i do... so it's a no... Tadi pagi, begitu nyampe di poli, beberapa perawat dah ngumpul di poli. Kirain ada demo, ternyata mereka sedang kesel ama anak koass interna karena ada yang mengadukan kalo mereka habis Rp. 3jt untuk perawat dan dokter. Jadi semalam perawatnya di panggil ama bagian diklit.Terus mereka cerita kalo tanpa kami pun mereka bisa hidup, jangan hanya karena kue M****tyk aja dibuat menjadi perkara yang besar. Dalam hati, aku ga bersimpati ama kata2 mereka, malahan aku berpikir, "Bagus lah ada yang lapor, biar ga semena2 lagi mereka ama anak koas. jangan mentang2 karena mereka dekat ama dokter dan bisa mempengaruhi dokter jadinya mereka menindas kami"Maaf kalo terkesan kejam, tapi emang gitu kan kondisi disana. Perawatnya dengan alasan kasi pisang goreng untuk dokter juga suruh beli pisang untuk dimakan bareng, tapi letakin gorengannya di meja dia. Terus ada juga perawat yang suka minta dibelikan ini lah itulah... Emang dah terkenal sebagai tradisi kalo perawat disana banyak sesajennya.Kalopun... (more)

pagi tu,mail bangun pagi.bangun pagi mcm biasa.agak2 subuh nk abes baru la dia terhegeh2 nak bangun.itupun selepas 8 kali alarm hensetnya berbunyi.ketika dia mahu melangkah masuk ke bilik air mengambil air sembahyang,bilik air tu occupied pula.sape la mandi awal2 pagi ni ahad ni.dia pun tak tahu.pagi ahad yg best tu spatutnya dihabiskan dgn tido lepas subuh,namun mail memilih utk lepak2 saja.dia dh penat tido.dari pukul 6 ptg smalam dia tido,smpaila 6 pagi ni. pagi itu sgt sejuk namun ia tetap mendamaikan.musim luruh mmg menggamit rasa. mlm tadi dia mengalami mimpi.tak taula mimpi biasa ke atau pun nitemare.dia bermimpi menjadi seorang pontianak ala criter twilght tu.heroinnya mail tak ingat.mybe awek yg selalu bermain dlm kepala otak mail,bleh jadi jugak isabella swan yg mmg betul2 jadi girlfren pontianak twilight tersebut.mail teringat yg dia ada melompat2 dari satu pokok ke 1 pokok yg laen,memikul aweknya di belakang,bermain besbol dgn begitu laju dgn pontianak2...
